It sounds like your gut is extremely inflamed and your th2 dominant
Dont eat anything that upsets your immune system. An IgG1-4 test is very helpful here, mrt is better
Look for and treat any other source of inflammation, particularly ones that can drive the immune into th2 dominance. Test choice can be critical when you’re looking for stuff like that. Follow Dr. Conley at cfids.com.
Stay away from any methyl vitamins or methyl donors until your inflammation is gone and youve confirmed you need them. I dont know what resources you have available, but some blood work that looks at your cd4 & cd8 numbers and a cytokine profile might help figure out whats going on if you run into other dead ends. People with symptoms like yours are often heavy metal toxic. A hair minerals test is cheap and can be revealing if interpreted properly, use doctors data or analytical research labs. Andy Cutler is the best source of info for reading hair tests and dealing with toxic metals. Follow Weston Price and his views on dental work. Immune Restoration Handbook has some good info. General detoxing is always great, things like lymph exercises can be just as effective as any diet or supplements. Toxic Immune Syndrome Cookbook would probably be good for you. Your body seems to be pretty upset, be gentle with it and try not to overload with anything it might not like.
