Yeast on sexual organs can be caused by candida in the kidneys and skin problems can be directly related to liver issues (inability to detox toxins so you have to detox via the skin). Addressing methylation is great for overall general health but I think there may be more simpler things that need to be addressed to find relief and results. Examples include addressing the underlying pH, inflammation, digestive problems, dehydration, and how much you chew your food. If your sons digestion is sluggish (1 bm or less per day) than this is the first thing I would try to improve if it was me. You can address methylation all you want, but if you are constipated and not pooping enough, this is possibly a more significant problem.
I definitely agree I want to address the penis issue to bring him some relief. He doesn’t really complain about it unless he can’t get to it to pinch it (like when he’s wearing jeans or something). This is all good information though and I cannot express how much I appreciate the feedback from you and impossible. It is important to figure out why the candida is out of control (if in fact this is what it is which i do expect).
The odd thing is that he’s never had a rash on or near the penis. For a few days I was applying an anti-yeast cream on the head of the penis as directed by the urologist, and he broke out in a rash on the skin surrounding the penis (the pubic bone/bladder area) so I stopped the treatment. Odd that the rash wasn’t on the penis itself where I was applying the cream. Does that reveal anything to you?
Additionally this all started after he had Roseola which I’m sure lowered his immune system and let the candida take over. BUT he did have food allergies and other minor issues prior to that so I dont think that was the official start of his immune issues.
I’m making an appt with the medical practice her that impossible sent me the link for. Ive considered them for a while now. The have a functional med doc, MD (something like 40 years exp) and a naturopath. Very well rounded and able to order certain labs, unlike the Naturopath/Chiropractor Internist I’ve been working with. Its all been good and we’ve made progress but time to move forward!
Thanks again! Would love to know if you have any insight on him getting that rash with the anti-yeast cream.
