I have a hypothyroid. I’m not sure what you mean when you say it “acts up”. Are you referring to feeling lower in energy or that your TSH levels fluctuate?
There are vegetables that are said to impact the thyroid (http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=george&dbid=47); however, it is also said that if these foods are cooked it appears to “help inactivate the goitrogenic compounds found in food”. There are a number of these foods on the anti-candida protocol listed by Able900 and Raster. I eat these items cooked exclusively, but I have eliminated radishes, as I ate those raw.
Aside, the great thing about anti-fungals is that they help to cleanse out the candida. The bad thing is that it also cleanses out thyroid replacement medication. If you take thyroid replacement medication make sure that you have 4 hours on either side with no supplements or anti-fungals.
