Adrenal fatigue can be a symptom of Candida, although it usually comes before the Candida infestation – but not always.
Beef, fowl, and fish contain more B12 and B vitamins in general than plants simple because animals have the ability to store B12 whereas plants do not, and plants really depend on the quality of the soil in which they grow for their vitamin and mineral source. This is why I suggested a few more fish, foul, and eggs if you wanted to add to the B vitamins in your system. You understand that the fact that you were a vegetarian before could be part of the reason that you are possibly a little deficient in B vitamins, especially if you weren’t taking any type of probiotic during that period.
Concerning the ammonia being created by eating meat; yes, you’re right about that, but I’m hoping that the Molybdenum will handle the problem.
As far as mercury in fish is concerned, if you’ll concentrate on eating young fish, such as herring and pilchards (normally called sardines), you won’t have to worry about mercury as much if at all since they’re far too young to have obtained much of a mercury content in their short lifetime.
The Candidate certainly wouldn’t hurt, as it could definitely be used for days like today when you need ‘immediate’ relief.
Have a great weekend. I’m heading to the lake, of course.
