I agree with Cheesey. Go as slow as you can so the die-off is barely noticeable. You’ll slowly be able to increase it as the population decreases. Going hard is only going to reinforce your anxiety, not to mention that it’s hard on your body.
Another option is hydrogen peroxide. I know it’s not recommended by everyone, but I’ve been using an H202 protocol for a month and am feeling loads better. Previously I had massive die if I took anything and would feel no better. But since starting this I’ve been feeling markedly better each week. I’d say my die-off is generally 1/10th of what it was. Also, H202 produces less and shorter lasting die-off than antifungals such as oregano oil.
