WOW!! I didn’t know this forum was so intense at times :)I suppose I am just going to compile as muh info together as possible, and find what will work the best for me. I am only day one on the cleanse and I feel great. I know I probably just jinxed myself, but I believe I feel great because I ate a bunch of guacamole today. One of those super foods and TOTALLY curbs my appetite. I am going to try the psyllium husk and if it doesn’t work, then I will try a different cleanse. But I already bought everything for the bentonite clay/ psyllium cleanse… and since everyone’s body is different… I am just going to go with it and take and eat a lot of cayenne pepper for constipation until my alcohol free swedish bitters gets here.
