Have you started making coconut bread and eating it every day? This was a literal lifesaver for me during the diet as I was also hungry every moment of the day until I added this to my diet. Being a guy (assuming) you can have up to 4 or 5 normal slices a day if you need it to stay on the diet and depending on your activity level.
