You might benefit from some basic food preparation and storeage techniques. For instance, tupperware is very effective for making veggies last longer. Having hard boiled eggs could be a great way to reduce time in the morning and it will stay good for a long time. I also learned a great lettuce storage technique with tupperware where you put the lettuce between layers of paper towels…it’ll last for over a week. Bring food with you if the quality is lacking and avoid eating spoiled food as much as possible. Organic food also seems to fair better from a quality standpoint than non-organic, it just might go bad a little sooner.
