I just had avocado today! Earlier this week people were saying I should try it,but I was waiting for my farmer’s market to get good local ones.I got a HUGE one and had half of it (froze the other half to try later)…made it with fresh Thai (spicy) basil,freshly ground pepper,Himlayan salt and lemon juice and raw garlic,sliced up a zucchini and used that for chips.So good.I didn’t get any symptoms I think,maybe just a tiny headache,but I think that was from not drinking enough water! YAY!
