There are a variety of supplements you can take for sleeping such as PS-100, valerian root, chamomile, kava kava, lemon balm, passion flower, lavender, jamaica dogwood, melatonin (liquid version is best), etc. If you want the best one for you, I’d consider consulting a naturopathic doctor.
PS-100 is really great stuff but I am concerned about recommending it because its a brain related chemical, but the rest of the stuff should work pretty good. Kava kava sorta gives you a buzz and you shouldn’t take melatonin in the long term. Thats all I know about my list and there is even more herbs that work as well.
