Then I would slice an entire cucumber in each one. I’d pair each bowl with an avacado and a can of low mercury packed in extra virgin olive oil tuna. There’s your fast food. Open up the tuna and drain it, dump it in the salad. Slice your avacado in half and squeeze it into the bowl. Nothing faster and healthier for us.
That does sound good. On other days I’ve eaten regular tuna, but I’ll have to look for the low mercury kind. Sometimes the thought of a salad is exhausting to me. I guess they don’t really fill me and they are hard to digest. I still need to eat them though…
