Well fudgebutter. I’ve been eating quinoa a lot lately. Well, what can I have for breakfast then? I don’t want salads morning, noon and night. I surfed on over to the recipes section – the breakfast section, namely – and it looks like I can have buckwheat pancakes?
I used to buy buckwheat waffles…but I bet they’re not allowed since they probably have sugar in them.
I have a long commute to work and need to eat on the road. Any suggestions on what I could eat and not screw myself over again?
(All this time I was hard-boiling eggs, pre-cooking batches of quinoa a few nights, and combining the two for my breakfasts, chopping up the eggs and mixing the quinoa throughout. And for my drink I’d have my almond milk sweetened with stevia.)
And all along, I was eating LOTS of nuts! LOTS!
