I also wanted to mention that you can heal your gut despite being allergic to something specific. I hate to admit this, but throughout my treatment I’ve been using regular and ACV salad dressing which both contain sugar (4g approximately per serving). I used to get a rather bad leaky gut reaction to it starting out but after 4 months on the diet, my reactions to dressing went away. Same with sugar, wheat, fruits, etc (I didn’t eat these during my treatment but cheat once every few months and test it out).
However, if you want to heal as quickly as possible, cut out all things you are allergic to.
