Particularly for sciatica, I would encourage you to seek therapeutic massage to loosen the muscles. The sciatic nerve snakes between a few very powerful muscles in the hip/glute area and can easily be impinged. Most people hold stress in the hips and gluteal muscles (often without realizing it), and if anything is stressful, it’s being this sick. If you get a massage, take care to drink a lot of water — the massage will begin to detox your muscles a bit, which is great, but you’ll want to flush out any toxins. Maybe take an extra molybdenum. Also, ask your massage therapist for stretches to do at home between massage sessions.
