I see you’ve not posted your story. Tell me a little about your situation; duration of problems, symptoms, pervious treatments, etc.
I’m actually making fantastic progress by myself just listening to my body, I wanted to have a look at the list to see which foods I could actually be adding in, as opposed to how to learning how to battle the overgrowth, since I’ve managed to figure it out on my own.
Whilst what I’m doing is working well, I would like to up my calorie intake and I don’t want to risk any new foods when I’ve got a routine that is working, hence my request.
Other people probably the guidance more than me so I don’t mind, but if I could get a copy I’d be really thankful. I’m planning to do a success story for the forums once I’m fully better 🙂
