I agree with you. A cured person should be able to drink and eat whatever he/she wants without a rebound. No matter if you eat a whole cake. [h]When the infection isn’t there, sugar isn’t feeding something that doesn’t exist, but if you eat, and the symptoms return, then it means the infection never went away completely.
This is what is difficult to achieve since the infection must be eradicated inside and outside the cells. Current antinfungals and known treatment are weak correcting it.[/h]
Is it your opinion that one cannot completely get rid of the candida without something like diflucan?
You can’t get rid of candida completely as far as I know. The first person who said that s/he has cured candida and can eat/drink everything they want without any problems still has to be born. Candida is a fungus that occurs in most people. Only in people with a bad immune system this leads to problems.
The idea of ‘if you get rid of candida, you are cured’ is the way western medicine works and is total bogus imho. If you get rid of most of the candida and related problems, you can try to eat more of the things that are not allowed on the strict diet, but you will have to keep up with the diet for the most part until you know what is causing these immune problems.
Therefore drinking alcohol is worse than eating plain sugar. Sure, plain sugar gives you a sudden candida rush, but it works on the short term, while alcohol works on the long term. The same way, you do more harm by eating non-organic meat than eating a bowl of pasta.
Wow.! How long have been you researching trusted information about this syndrome ??
An intestinal fungal overgrowth can be totally cured and you can return to your normal life.
Sugar isn’t the cause of an intestinal infection. The defense inside of the intestinal lumen is the antagonistic bacterial flora. What happens is POOR treatments and unproved web protocols designed to make money are dominating this candida topic. This is the MAIN reason why most people don’t reach a definitive cure.
