Hi, fellow Iowan! I also have IBS and I know that feeling of little critters gnawing at my intestines. It’s probably inflammation. The thing that I found that helps me is Extreme Immunity.
I just mix one scoopful with yogurt or applesauce or whatever and eat it. I noticed an improvement in my IBS within a week, and those ‘little critters’ went away too.
By the way, cocoa powder does have caffeine, which is something I avoid like the plague because of my GERD.
