I personally have gotten better by eating a high protein, high fat, and low carb candida diet, have lost weight doing this and have been symptom free for almost 4 weeks. I avoided fruit, gluten, most dairy products (except butter and occasional lactose free plain yogurt), most nuts, beans and sugar(used stevia) and purchased mostly organic foods as much as I could afford. I understand that some may be vegetarians, and may not want to eat meat based on this reason. I don’t understand why meat is supposed to be bad for those with candida, since it has less of a chance to feed Candida. Please explain or provide links that show an explanation of this.
