What I mean about food derived probiotics are ones that you can eat as a meal or apart as a meal; examples include greek yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut. I mean you have to eat these as a meal, so it doesn’t matter if you are empty or not, correct?
Able suggests taking probiotic capsules away from meals. I agree that this is the best way to take the probiotics. However, I have decided to eat my probiotics with meals and have still been able to get better. How much probiotics die off or become inneffective with the digestive process? Its hard to say, but my inkling is its something like 10%+ or so.
