I didn’t post the recipes, so you’ll have to address whoever posted them. And you’re right; it’s not the best thing to take during the treatment, although a teaspoon or so spread throughout an entire recipe isn’t going to be a lot when you’re looking at one serving per day.

Why would it not? If you’re talking about the small amount of starch it contains, again, a teaspoon or so spread throughout the recipe doesn’t allow for very much per serving of any food that contains it. Several people on the forum, including myself, used it throughout our treatment and still managed to reach a cure.
