Able has said to take probiotics on an empty stomach.
The reason you should take probiotics on an empty stomach is because sometimes the enzymes from food can interfere with the breakdown of the probiotic.
Able has said to take molyb away from probiotics.
Probiotics are broken down easier if you have nothing in your stomach other than water at the time you take them.
Oh, and I’m supposed to be eating smaller meals 6 times a day.
Eat as many or as few meals as you wish. The only reason I would suggest this is if you’re having digestion problems, plus you’ll absorb more of the nutrients in your food if you eat smaller meals.
