Ohh thank goodness! That had all made sense to me until I got to the paragraph a little later that says:
NOTE: As you see, there are quite a number of foods that can be added or tested two weeks after starting the diet. However, this doesn’t mean that you should add all of these at one time, but choose one that you’d like to test and add it to your diet. Follow the directions for testing the food and after you’re certain that you are not going to receive any type of reaction from the food, you can try a different food item. The test should last approximately 7 to 10 days before adding another item of food.
THAT’S why I was confused. It sounded to me like all the foods we can add after 2 weeks actually have to be spaced out with a week between each. This makes it much easier. Thanks for the clarification!
