Hello, Flamingo, welcome to the forum.
– If I cannot find molybdenum, do I really need to get molybdenum or can I do without it? is there a substitute for this?
If you can’t obtain Molybdenum, read the following post.
Die-off without Molybdenum
– If the Swedish bitters liquid form and the milk thistle liquid form has alcohol (4% alcohol), are they okay to use? or should I get the capsule form of the milk thistle and Swedish digestive bitters?
Milk thistle should always be in capsule form and the Swedish digestive bitters should always be in liquid form or else they will not work properly. You can try using only ¼ of a dropper full instead of ½ of the digestive bitters, but if you notice your Candida symptoms growing worse, just stop using them and try to find one without alcohol.
-Is it okay to just use one enzyme (either the milk thistle or swedish digestive bitters) while on the cleanse? Would this have any adverse effects on my body if i chose to just use one enzyme while on the cleanse?
The problem with your question is that milk thistle is not an enzyme; it’s an herb that will help to protect your liver from the die-off toxins. Since you’re unable to use Molybdenum, it’s important that you take the milk thistle.
The digestive bitters are not enzymes either, but when you use them they will prompt your body into making the correct enzymes in the amounts that are needed at that time. You should not take pure enzymes because doing so causes your body to become dependent on synthetic enzymes which in turn will cause it to eventually stop making its own enzymes.
-On the site, I read about the Swedish digestive bitters: ‘No matter what you read from here on out, you will not need to purchase additional enzymes as long as you use the Bitters.’ Does this mean that all I need is the Swedish digestive bitters (no need for the molybdenum or the milk thistle)?
Molybdenum is not an enzyme and neither is milk thistle. Molybdenum is a mineral and milk thistle is an herb. Both of these will protect your body and liver from die-off toxins. Enzymes cannot protect you from the die-off; they only help to digest your food.
-How many times a day (and when/which time) should I drink the daily detox drink?
Two to three times a day whenever you have a chance to drink the detox.
-How many times a day should I drink the liver flush drink?
Same as above. If you can’t do each but once a day this is better than none.
-Is there a difference between sodium bentonite clay powder and calcium bentonite powder? And which one should i use? Is the sodium bentonite powder also known as the swelling bentonite powder?
Sodium bentonite has a swelling ability and will allow a much larger surface area then calcium bentonite when it’s added to water. The Sodium bentonite also has a higher CEC rating which makes it better for detox use since it generates the charge necessary to attract toxins from the body and the large surface area allows it to adsorb larger numbers of positively charged toxins.
