Lemon water is an option.
Drink all the water you can as this is mentioned probably hundreds of times on the forum. Water should be used as a natural detox drink on any detox program as well as the entire protocol as it washes the toxins from your body.
“I want to understand the beginning as much as possible, but the description is not precise enough in my opinion.”
I think “part” of your problem may be the many options – and I’m not sure I can make this any clearer and still include all of the options for the cleanse, but I’ll try.
The quoted options below were taken from the The Protocol post.
“Two weeks from the day you actually start the cleanse or after you start the diet if you skip the cleanse, you could test a natural probiotic, specifically homemade kefir or homemade yogurt.
Then two weeks later, or four weeks after starting the treatment (cleanse or diet) you can test commercially purchased organic non-sweetened Greek yogurt. Oikos and Fage are two excellent brands of organic Greek yogurt.”
Please tell me which part you are confused about.
Quote concerning Commercial Probiotics:
“Five days after starting a homemade kefir or yogurt, you can start taking a probiotic capsule. Or, if you prefer not to eat the homemade kefir or yogurt, you can start the probiotic ten days after you’ve started the diet- but this is only providing you are taking Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate. If not, wait another week.
If you order probiotics over the Internet be sure to request that your order be shipped in an optional ice pack for protection and when you receive them, they should all be kept in a refrigerator for storage.” Unquote
Tell me which part of that you don’t understand.
“I would like somebody to write 100% of things they eat/drink during cleanse.”
Quote: “It’s preferable that you make juice from the green vegetables on the strict foods list but not absolutely necessary.”
Quoted from the post: “Adhere strictly to fresh, green and organic (if possible) vegetables that are on the strict diet. Rutabaga, for example, is not a ‘green’ vegetable.”
(The following is definitely a negative option, but if necessary, it’s acceptable) “If you feel that you must have some form of protein to get through your work day, eat one organic egg”
EVOO is mandatory. You can use extra virgin olive oil in your juice if you wish, otherwise you can take up to 4 teaspoons a day. You can start this oil once you’re on the diet. No coconut oil during the cleanse.
The liver flush is definitely a positive factor but optional and should help remove the Candida toxins from the liver.
Swedish Digestive Bitters, Molybdenum, milk thistle: Molybdenum is mandatory if it can be obtained, otherwise definitely follow the instructions on the following link. Die-off without Molybdenum.
Swedish Bitters and milk thistle are both highly recommended.
In addition to using Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate (if possible), you should also follow the instruction on the link above, but definitely follow these instructins if you cannot obtain the correct Molybdenum.
“Drink juice from organic green vegetables AND THAT’s ALL, nothing more to eat, nothing more to drink, nothing more to take.”
Of course that’s optional, and you should do this for only as long as you’re comfortable with it. If you start losing too much weight or become too weak, or the die-off becomes too severe then skip this part and go directly to the diet. Drink water.
“What about the water while I’m on green juices, what about Molybdenum then?”
Absolutely, drink as much water as possible as this washes the toxins from your body caused by die-off; this includes throughout your treatment period as well as afterwards. Continue taking the Molybdenum until the die-off is manageable without it. This is because the die-off will only become worse when you start probiotics, kefir, and antifungals.
“Plus: I don’t think I’m gonna get Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate in Poland. I made some research and found out that there are some pills containing it along with many other things (vitamins etc.). “
Is it Amino Acid Chelate Molybdenum or plain Molybdenum, and how many mcg’s?
Is it good to buy it or another supplement?
This is all covered in the Die-off without Molybdenum post.
I don’t know how people know how to do that cleanse, in my opinion the description should be written much cleaner way.
Give us some examples.
If you would like, I’ll start posting one step at a time for you, and we can discuss it during each step. After you’ve completed one step, I can post the second, etc.
By the way, and this is for everyone reading; I’ll be on vacation for almost two weeks, and will probably be checking in on the forum once or twice a day at the most.
