I read here that sautéing veggies in coconut oil is fine during the cleanse, but is it ok to eat olive oil as well? Should I avoid cooking the olive oil? I like to make herbed olive oil marinades for my veggies then BBQ them. Should I only be eating it uncooked on salads or just not at all for the cleanse?
Also, I read that vegetable broth is ok for the cleanse as well. Would an organic store bought vegetable broth be all right? Or does it need to be homemade?
