If you read the first message on the first page of this subject, you should have seen the following information:
“If you follow the detox information above, and adhere strictly to the all green-vegetable diet, leave out all red meat, eating organic eggs occasionally as the main protein source, and having chicken and fish only very occasionally if absolutely necessary, you will be able to complete a one to two week detox program without literally starving yourself.”
This means that you can eat organic eggs and organic chicken and fish only if absolutely necessary. This is what is recommended for people who work long hours every day and need more energy output, but you would be much better off trying to do without the chicken and fish and sticking with the organic eggs.
