Probitics are best taken on an empty stomach (4 hours away from food) so first thing in the morning is a good time or last thing at night. Waiting half an hour to an hour before eating should reduce the number destroyed by your stomach acid.
Yes, it’s generally thought that antifungals should be taken away from probiotics as they will kill the good bacteria otherwise. I suffer very bad die off so tend to take mine in the evening to reduce the amount of time during the day which I’m suffering.
