@many sparrows: It’s hard to tell as I’ve been off and on the diet and regime a few times in the past 3 years. Mainly because the results weren’t satisfactory. Now (since 2 months) I’m back on the diet and regime.
My diet consists mainly of:
– meat: beef, chicken, turkey
– 100% rye bread without yeast
– brown rice, buckwheat, lentil
– tomatoes, paprika, cucumbers, carrots(uncooked), onions, garlic, eggplants, zucchini, broccoli, lots of various herbs.
– water (about 3-5 litres a day)
I eliminated all sweets and sodas, fast foods, and carbohydrate rich products. I limited alcohol, but sometimes I drink a little at parties etc. I haven’t stoped smoking cigarettes:/
