I do not know for sure if my problem is candida. It’s just that I don’t know what else it could be, and the candida diet it the only one I found that relieved my digestive issues, although not completely (yet).
As far as supplements, I guess I will pick up some molybdenum. I got scared off when I read somewhere that molybdenum can increase the chances of kidney stones. i already have milk thrisle.
Also, I noticed on this diet I been getting aches in my back. I hope that is not a bad sign. I read somewhere that going too low carb can cause the yeasts to go “deeper” into the body or something? I don’t know, but this whole thing is complicated and it’s been a roller coaster of emotions. Again,I can’t know for sure what I have, but candida is the only thing that seems to fit my symptoms.
