I don’t believe anyone on the forum has mentioned specifically that cow’s yogurt is not OK; but some people may be allergic to it. Much less people are allergic to goat’s milk.
The main things to worry about are whether its organic or not, and whether you can tolerate yogurt or not.
Greek yogurt contains less sugar (7-11g per serving) than most other regular yogurts. Goat yogurt may contain even less sugar but am unsure.
