I have serious doubts that yogurt of any type (Greek, homemade, etc.) even if used along with high-counts of probiotics have the ability to bring a Candida infestation to a completely symptom-free state for an indefinite length of time the way homemade kefir does. I’m basing this on my own as well as the experience of many other members on the forum. But on the other hand, I have doubts that kefir (used in any way) can do it alone either since the diet and other supplements are necessary to bring the body to a healthy state in addition to being symptom-free.
So around about how much kefir & greek yogurt could I take per day after testing it & getting no negative reaction to it?
