wow thanks for the replies! I am feeling better in the mind already. I also picked up chia seeds, digestive bitters and lemons to help get through this detox.
I’m not doing another detox drink today, but does anyone have suggestions to make it easier to put down? the clay and husk fiber version has been making me gag from the texture. I have been watering it down but after the 3rd time I couldn’t even get the whole thing down 🙁
I am going to use this forum and this thread as my diary of my recovery, as it seems like such a nice small community. 🙂
