Thanks Able and Raster. Oh dear, cod liver oil haha. When I was a kid was forced to have a daily tablespoon. How funny that it may come back to haunt me. Ok so A and D together if I do a supplement. And my blood pressure was exactly that, elevated 130 over 80. It scared me. I am getting better, but am not totally over the hump. Oh darn, I probably should completely avoid the bread. The only reason why i was open to it, was because I read from this one naturopath that if you occasionally do bread, as long as it is toasted, somehow this isn’t as bad. I mean, every meal every day would be, but since I can tolerate stage 3 food, I decided to try his approach. It is a trial an error at times.
