After find some new research on vitamin A supplements, I’ve edited the vitamin protocol to read as follows:
“Try to get your vitamin A in beta carotene form rather than fish liver oils. This means you want beta carotene vitamin A instead
of retinol vitamin A.
Retinol comes from animal food sources, usually fish liver oils, and is stored in the body, whereas Beta-carotene can come from both
plant and animal sources but is not stored in the body. In addition, beta-carotene provides more protection for vitamin D than retinol.”
