Not only have I been dealing with mold exposure, but too many rounds of broad spectrum antibiotics in the past leading up to getting really ill. I think my transit time is improving, but it’s still a little fast. I just can’t get over how dairy makes my stool brown. There has to be a reason. Weird isn’t it? Today I realized I have been constipated from probiotics on the protocol and my stool was still yellow. Hmmm…….really a mystery. I do think it is flora related.
I passed an ultrasound of my gallbladder and all bloodwork always comes back perfect – liver function too. I think things just aren’t breaking down or I have an overgrowth of bad bacteria still. Two gastro doctors haven’t been much help. I am going to do another round of stool samples here after I move.
I know that oat bran really hurts my tummy – which does correlate to IBS.
Thomas – what foods do you eat, if you don’t mind making a short list. Doesn’t have to be too long. Just give me an idea.
Sorry mate, I happen just to see your letter! Sorry for the delay!
Well, I eat everything except that I look that I don’t get much fibre in. If I eat a squash I cut of the outer green stuff. I don’t eat beans, lentil, and this family. I don’t eat broccoli and this type of family right now. Later I will slowly try it out again. I am writing down what I eat and experiment with it.
What I do otherwise and which helped a great deal. You can try it out too is:
I eat only between 8:00 and 20:00 in that way my stomach gets a 12 hours resting time. Then I feel real good with a drink I make myself called:
I drink that stuff and it makes me feel great.
