My stools have been yellow/green and floating since I quit dairy 1 month ago. After working out that I was gluten intolerant, I quit gluten (stools still brown) then dairy (stools yellow/green) shortly after. Since then I’ve been eliminating more food groups until I’m pretty much on a candida diet.
I haven’t tried dairy again yet as I am commited to this for 6 week. I’ll be taking high quality pro biotics and try to repair the flora/villi.
In my case, all I can contribute is that it is likely my gut was getting badly damaged while still eating gluten. Namely, I spent 1 month with gut pain and digestive issues before I worked out gluten was the culprit.
My next line of enquiry was going to be gall bladder. Sounds like I might get the same negative results as you though.
