I was actually researching leaky gut syndrome this morning and this definitely sounds like what I have.
And yes, it is after I eat heavy meats such as pork and beef.
I made turkey lettuce wraps for lunch yesterday and felt completely fine.
I do know I have a habit of not chewing my food long enough which I’m sure contributes to the heartburn.
Any suggestions on what supplements I should add or even subtract to my daily regimen?
I’m drink a hemp protein shake in the morning which has about 45% my daily fiber intake, but I’m thinking I need more. Somebody suggest miracle fiber.
I was also suggested to take a smaller dosage of probiotics throughout the day instead of one 25 billion probiotic, which I usually take after dinner.
I am also trying my best to do a food rotation and I’m going to limit my heavy meats for a two weeks and hopefully that will get rid of some of my discomfort.
On a brighter note, I am feeling MUCH better than before I did the Candida diet. I feel like once I battle these leaky gut syndromes I will be back to my normal self from 6 months ago…only healthier!
