I took both of these for a while on the treatment and had no problems, so the answer as far as I’m aware of is they shouldn’t cancel each other out.
When is the best time to take antifungals? At present I’m taking them half an hour before meals (except garlic, which I take during meals).
Whenever you can squeeze them in, just not at the same time as probiotics since the stomach should be empty when probiotics are taken.
Many vitamins and other supplements like cod liver oil are advised to be taken with meals. Is it ok to do this when I’m taking Oxbile at the same time, or would the addition of bile acids just destroy the vitamins before getting into the system?
You can take the ox bile before a meal and the cod liver afterwards.
Do people believe there is a healthy limit on the number of eggs that should be eaten each day or week? I ask because it’s clear that I’ll be relying on them pretty heavily during the diet.
Most of the members did the same thing and as far as I’ve heard the huge majority experienced no problems – unless they were allergic. The amount of protein needed depends on your size and daily physical output. Normally, if you work eight hours or more a day usually you would need more protein than if you don’t work outside the home.

Why? And have you looked at the ingredients carefully?

Same as above, “why”? You’re obviously not following the forum protocol if you’re doing this. Do you have another protocol that you’re following? If so, you can post the link if you wish.
Regarding the baking soda and ACV, I know that’s not in the protocol (and the only added thing in it that I incorporate apart from oxbile), but it is recommended by many other candida diets as a good means of creating an alkaline environment in which it is harder for candida to thrive.
Or do you think it is something that just makes the candida worse, and if so why?
