Yes brocolli is the only thing I cut out in the last few days and no gas. I thought I was just getting worse and made an appointment for allergy testing but now I want to do it myself with diet and see what intolerances I have myself. I’m going to listen to my own body after this.
I also read that xylitol can cause gas and I had cut that out with the strict diet anyway so hopefully all will return to normal soon.
Just want to add after reading other posts about returning to normal diet in the future – I will NEVER be returning to the diet I had before this! I don’t want yeast mind-controlling me to eat cakes… I’ll have a slice of cake on a Saturday for a treat if I meet a friend for tea (never caffine anymore!) and I will think twice about having a ready meal in my fridge ‘just in case’. I also won’t accept anti-biotics again or take any medication wihtout really feeling the need for it. I’m also going to buy a better juicer that will encourage me more to have healthy shakes.
It’s an exciting chapter around the corner!
