I’ve just read the nine pages that contain your posts, and I couldn’t find where you’ve listed the Candida symptoms you’ve experienced.
You mentioned having depression for four years, but of course, depression can be caused by a zillion different instigators; also hypothyroidism is seldom caused by Candida, and if it is, it’s normally due to a highly advanced overgrowth of the fungus.
You mentioned having IBS-D, but as you know this isn’t always a Candida problem.
The grapefruit seed extract reactions in the beginning of your treatment could easily be the result of destroying various pathogens as it’s very effective against many of the different pathogens normally found in the human intestines and colon.
Considering that you aren’t and have not used Molybdenum or taken any other precautions against die-off toxins, and you ate that much rutabaga with what amounts to basically zero reactions, my guess is that you either have or had an extremely mild case of Candida or you never had an overgrowth to begin with, but there’s probably no way of knowing which at this point.
But whatever your problems are/were, as you’re finding that the diet certainly doesn’t seem to be bothering you and you even say it makes you feel healthier; so congratulations on accomplishing that.
