I stopped getting them, after about 4 or 5.
I found the only psychical relief I was getting from them was the visual of all that yeast coming out of my body. One time the technician mentioned that the lady before me was also Candida detoxing, and I couldn’t control myself from asking who expelled more yeast me or her!
I have never been constipated.
Pain? not really. Uncomfortable, yes, there is something going into your ass but that’s only 20 seconds of the time then you forget about it.
Then what happens is warm water is released gently into you, this creates the sensation of a gas bubble building, think mild at first. Depending on which type of system you are on you can stop that gas pressure by releasing the water. Once the initial treatment gets going the object is to hold in as much water as you can in hopes of reaching deep inside your colin and even higher. This is where it can get a little painful because you are so full of water, but you are in control, and can stop it anytime.
I don’t think colonics is a effective way to get rid of Candida. I don’t think the water could really disrupt their biofilms.
