Wow, I miss my mayo. Can I use olive oil?
I don’t see why not. I did try making it few weeks ago with olive oil, but got impatient and poured about a tablespoon of oil towards the end and ruined it totally! It just separated. I knew better than that as it was not first time I made it. I still used it. I scooped up the thick parts and ate it on a bread and what was left of the oil, I cooked my eggs on it so there was no waste, but couldn’t make myself make it again.
