It’s just one persons opinion but this page helped me to distinguish between the different ways to chelate metals.
I decided to start with the GAPS diet, until I can get tested. It’s hypothesized science, but it makes sense to me. I think it’s better to teach your body to clear out toxins, then to take them out yourself unnaturally. That being said GAPS might not work for me and I may have to do something harsher, I’m still giving it time. Just a thought.
