Thanks Shayfo 🙂
I finally got my coconut oil today and luckily they are cold pressed. I think that’s the better kind? Anyways I took some and an hour later the sides of my neck starting aching so bad it felt like it was burning. It was awful. My head felt completely terrible too.
Raster thinks I may have candida in my esophagus 🙁 That would make sense to the sensitivity when breathing in deeply.
I’ll just keep continuing the treatment. I did a bunch of research online today and there is studies that suggest virgin organic coconut oil is just as effective as prescription antifungals. That makes me feel more confident that hopefully the coconut oil will help me succeed quicker.
I’m kind of down in the dumps right now. Last week before I started eating all that rutabaga and now coconut oil, I felt like I was getting better. Now my throat hurts worse, head seems worse and body aches are really bad. But that’s part of die off I guess. Comes in cycles. These symptoms can’t be from feeding the candida I don’t think. I don’t really eat anything aside from salads, rutabagas and chicken once in a while.
How is your throat doing? I hope it’s still improving! Did you get back on the coconut oil?
