Just a quick question on rutabaga preparation and cooking. I noticed a lot of back and fourth between you and Able on the subject when I searched the forum.
The way I’ve been eating rutabaga is as fries and I’ve been boiling the rutabaga for 15 minutes to make it easier to cut and then baking for 30-35 minutes. This won’t hurt the antifungal properties will it?
I saw a recent post from Able saying basically you can prepare it anyways but than I found another post saying all vegetables should be steamed so they don’t lose their antifungal properties.
