I stopped drinking kefir for two days. I definitely feel like it set me back from where I was. I took flucanazole for three doses and had die off, I stopped taking it so I could talk to my nutritionist about the symptoms and I plan on continuing flucanazole once my stomach gets a little more in check. Felt great for the next 4 days. I was drinking kefir then. Continued drinking kefir without the flucanazole and started to feel worse. Athletes foot flared up, sinus problems started flaring up. I stopped drinking kefir and feel like it placed me back to a place around to where I was before flucanazole. One side note is that I went dairy free and strict to a the diet a full month before drinking kefir or taking flucanazole and started feeling better.
For me, NO DAIRY UNTIL I AM READY TO REINTRODUCE IT COMPLETELY (cheese, yogurt, kefir )
I had a pretty bad reaction to coconut kefir with zero grams of sugar. It tasted like beer and full of yeast. So i stay away from that and kombucha.
I am still eating bubbies brand kraut and pickles. Both made without vinegar. They don’t give me a reaction.
