I have two questions for you….did you ever eat the scoby’s or use them in any other way then just culturing and why did you stop making it?
Thank you…oh and how do you know when it is ready to drink…one week? some say 2 weeks? I know there isnt really a wrong answer here I just don’t want to harm the scoby by starving them out too long or something.
I was thinking leaving it for one week then taking out scoby and letting the rest sit for another few days or week.
Any info would be great… I don’t need a recipe it is already brewing..
