Yeh i agree, but controlling my histamine levels are easier said than done. I mean, I react to supplements like vitamin c and Quercetin. Makes things really tricky.
I actually tried broccoli on Monday. I reacted to it as expected. I had an elavated pulse pretty immediately after eating, felt groggy and a bit hot for the rest of the day, and was then unwell at night and slept very poorly. This is a typical reaction for me. But the histamine reactions are more severe.
I just don’t really know where to begin with it all really!
