In my opinion yes, as long as its organic. But if your body doesn’t tolerate it then stick to leaner proteins. Tbh, you don’t have to do strict paleo all the time. If you exercise there will be time you will need to refuel on higher carbs, my suggestion then would be stick to the good stuff like buckwheat, coconut flour, red/black or wild rice & of course swede, sweet potato, etc.
