I had a really white coated tongue, some lumps and would occasionally get painful sores on my gums also. I also have esophilic esophagitis caused by candida in my esophagus. Even though I feel so much better, I still have a slightly white coated tongue, few lumps on back of tongue and I am still doing the oil pulling with Spectrum organic cold pressed unrefined coconut oil. This is one of the hardest areas to get rid of candida in the month and tongue it seems, but just keep with it and work through the protoccol. You could increase the frequency of the oil pulling to see if that helps also.
It will take a combination of things like the oil pulling, diet, anti-fungals, probiotics, vitamins and minerals to help you get better. Able and Raster seem to have a good protoccol figured out. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t know about this forum or their protoccol when I started and kind of did things by trial and error. My diet was also a little different than theirs, but seemed to work ok for me. I did manage to get to the point of feeling better, and have been symptom free (except the remaining slightly white tongue) on my own somehow.
It is going to take some time. I have been at it for four months, and many others have been much longer than that. Each person is different and their severity level of candida could be more or less as well. I have also tried cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of oil of oregano for oil pulling, but I dislike the taste.
